Time Warp is banned, but i love Velomachus Lorehold. So in my opinion there are still 2 way's to build a Velomachus deck that takes turns.
This is the first way is with Chance for Glory.
In fact you need a lot of pieces for this deck to work, but i don't know how, but my winrate with this deck is amazing.
Big wincondition is to get out Velomachus and find a Chance for Gory. Then next turn get out Gideon of the Trials. Seems inconsistent to do all the time. But with Brainstorm - Seize the Spoils - Prismari Command - Mizzix's Mastery - effect of Velomachus , i can find it. Sometimes i don't play Chance for Glory if the risk to find Gideon next turn is too high. Then i secure board presence with Experimental Overload or prepare myself to get out a next Velomachus my following turn.
Aside from Velomachus this deck can stall a bit with Gideon, Mizzix's Mastery and Prismari Command.
This deck at least is really fun.

I replaced one Velomachus and one Experimental overload with Anger of the Gods, just in case I need to wipe the board against ultra-aggro decks.
