use Tectonic reformation + new perspectives to infinitely cycle the deck and win with jace. the deck can generaly win the turn new perspectives resolves.
the deck is built in such a way that once both cards are active its imposible to brick on the cycling, pact is present to protect jace.
important synergies
lotus field + Vizier if cycled can be a +1 mana, if cast (not recomended) visier can untap the field
keep in mind that cycling the sheft monitor puts a land into play untapped, this matters when new perspectives is online as it generates untapped mana.
piloting tips
viziers should be saved for the going off turns. the game can usualy be won the turn new perspectives goes online with tectonic reformation.
even when tapped out, 4 vizeers and 4 shefets can give up to 8 untapped mana, even more if a lotus field is present for the vizeers to untap.
majority of the cards should be cycled, censor should only be used as a counterspell for oponents critical combo pieces or loose the game situations.
once new perspectives is online, shefet monitors always have the highest cycling priority to try to ensure you get value out of them.
always count cards in hand before casting any piece, try to ensure you keep new perspectives online this is specialy important when playing jace as casting him early can lead to the the combo fizzling because of a misscount
obstructionist can be used as a gatcha to buy extra turns, or if oponent plays a fabled pasage/evolving wilds or similar, it can be used to counter the search.
dranith stinger can win the game but its generaly prefered to cycle, if playing it be contious of hand size as it can turn off new perspective and loose you the game
try to keep viziers, heiroglyphic iluminations and obstructionists in hand for as long as posible, illumination is preferable cast than cycled as it provides a +1 card this can be important for keeping new perspectives online the turn you play jace, but dont be afraid to cycle it if you need to dig, censor is generaly safe to pitch after turn 3 once oponents get out of its range.
