A cheeky cheesy "cheat" deck using mana stones to crank out unexpected effects.
At its basic level, this an artifact spam deck that end steps Rampage of the Clans (here-after referred to as RotC/Rampage) to try and create an OTK board presence. As a contingency plan, we run Emry, Lurker of the Loch to recoup key artifacts (Mana Geode, Mystic Forge) and Dance of the Manse to approximate a Stax deck in case our RotC tokens get swept or can't break through on their own. Emry also lets us generate value on our turn by cycling Golden Egg for mana (or, if Ugin is in play, for life) and getting an additional draw; additionally, Stonecoil Serpent can be used aggressively while Emry is on board since it can simply be replayed as a larger threat.
Ornithopter is a nichè include as an early blocker should we T1 Mystic Sanctuary. It can easily be cut since it non-bos with both of our Walkers and can't be turned into an aerial threat without leaning into Steel Overseer and making board wipes even more punishing. (There is another, almost certainly better deck that does exactly that, but we're here for a Rampage kill.) With it also being new as of Historic 1, I'd recommend crafting these second for building this deck--if at all.
Renowned Weaponsmith is... an unusual pick in that we don't have any noteworth 5-cost artifacts in the deck, but makes the cut for enabling cheaper Egg cycling without Ugin and large early Stonecoils. It's large enough to be used as an early blocker, but in very strict conditions; most of the time, it's better to have the colorless mana.
Mind Stone is the other new card as of the Historic 1 update, and it's a neat little mana stone with a psuedo-cycle clause for the late game or Dancing. A T3 Forge with Ugin close behind gives us powerful cantrip potential, but it often competes with the Weaponsmith for coming down on T2--and loses, since Weaponsmith can cast both the Mind Stone and Mana Geode (and, by extension, another UX spell) if it sticks. It stays in the list due to its synergy with Ugin, RotC, Dance, Saheeli, and as a potential T2 play against removal-heavy decks.
Mystic Sanctuary is another contingency inclusion, helping us assemble our combo through Emry's self-mill, counters, and enemy mill/discard effects. While we could probably afford to cut one for another Vantress, helping us smooth out our early mana, that choice will ultimately come down to personal preference. Remember that we can cycle Golden Egg while Emry is on-board to save our Dance/RotC from sorcery-speed mill!
Saheeli, Sublime Artificer is the other weak inclusion in so far as her only real purpose is to gum up the board long enough for us to cast our Rampage. Granted, those extra bodies that survive go from being 1/1 artifacts to 3/3 centuars, but that's a relatively weak upside given we'll seldom, if ever, use her minus.
