Updated/modified pre-con. Plan is to make as many 4/4 Elementals as possible, and recast those spells by getting them back from the graveyard. While the mana value of the spells is 5, the deck includes several ways of reducing the mana cost but still getting the triggered ability of 5 or more.
The X spells are for the rare (but possible) opportunity of getting the mana value 10 or higher triggered ability.
The early game is very slow, so stay on the defense. Play on curve as much as possible, and then overwhelm in the end game.
Update (9/18): moved around a few pieces, but wanted to ensure that there were at least 20 spells with mana value 5 or greater. Testing out Charmbreaker Devils over Inferno Project to see if I can recur spells from the graveyard.
