Alright, let's get into this thing.

The Deck

You'll be familiar with the bulk of the deck - We have as much infect/toxic as we can play and ways to proliferate up the opposing doses of T-Virus. Still, I'll list some for you here and then we'll get into how I incorporated Fynn and the deathtouch theme.

Infect And Toxic

Here's what we'll use to infect the opponents. Some have infect, others have toxic, and quite a few just give poison counters outright. You'll also find a lot of phyrexians, zombies, infected birds, bats, and beasts as well.

Proliferate

Here's how we'll spread the infection.

Deathtouch And Fynn

Turns out there are no cards with infect or toxic and deathtouch. So, I couldn't just add a bunch of deathtouch creatures because they'd all be useless with Fynn on the field. Instead, I added in ways to give the entire team deathtouch! Now, we can play a critical mass of the strongest, most on-theme, infect creatures and have Fynn make them better.

Plus, deathtouch is a nightmare for opponents even without Fynn out. That said, I did add natural deathtouch creatures where I could. There are also some tutors in the deck to grab these and/or Fynn. Here is a list of the enablers and dt creatures.
