Commander - Phage: No Budget Limit (April 2025)

How to play:
This deck is a control/combo deck that runs all the good tutors in order to find your combo pieces, wincons or any other card you could need for certain situations. You basically will control the board with removals and boardwipes while you "farm" your needs to win the game (basically tutoring, massive card draw engines, ways to generate tons of mana for two specific spells that can win you the game and set up your board to be able to play Phage and give her protection/evasion/haste).
Wincons:
- Aetherflux+Citadel+Sensei (infinite lifegain, you kill by activating Aetherflux's ability).
- Exanguinate/Torment (you find your cards that help you generate tons of mana and cast any of these spells with X being super high).
- Phage (you connect with your commander and insta kill your opponents).
- Phage+Endless Whispers (Phage on the battlefield, you kill her, Endless triggers and you gift Phage to any opponent making them lose the game).
Advises:
Your main goal is tu have access to your wincons as soon as possible so you run literally every good tutor in mono black. Your main focus would be to tutor Necropotence as soon as possible, draw as many cards as you can and find a way to win with any of your wincons, meanwhile you protect yourself running tons of removals and board wipes.
Normally, this deck would run a lot of swamps to generate a lot of mana with Cabal Coffers. In this version of the deck you don't run that many swamps, but you have plenty of ways to make all your land become swamps and plenty of ways to generate great value with Cabal Coffers without needing to run too many swamps
