Commander - Noncreature Choose your Commander

Not to be confused with No Creatures. I'm still working on that.
This is a deck I plan on building.
This is a Jeskai deck designed around 'noncreature' cards. Permanents that get or give something when you cast a noncreature card.
The deck has 3 possible commanders.
Sevine works with the flashback and retrace cards in the grave. Giving you extra value from casting them.
Kykar gives you spirits that can attack in the air or be sacrificed for mana.
Narset can cast noncreature spells for free when she attacks.
The deck is designed to be budget. The expensive cards can be substituted. Narset's original printing is fairly cheap. The expensive talisman can be replaced with most mana rocks. Edit and upgrade as you please.
I am sure there are plenty of good cards I left out. If you have them, sub them in. Just be sure to keep as many of the token makers as you can. Without them, you'll have no attackers or blockers.
