The Deck

So, what we have here is a mix of everything we talked about on Fiverr. There are lots of demons and plenty of "demons matter" cards, too, but there are several layers beyond that, including giving opponents things they don't want, having others do your bidding in a fun way, and a few other things that add to the overall synergy of the deck. So, let's jump in, starting with the demons.

Demons And Demons Matter

The deck plays almost all demons to take advantage of Be'lakor, the Dark Master's ability, draw cards, and throw around some serious damage. Many of these are naturally very powerful (Bloodletter of Aclazotz, Chaos Defiler, etc.) and get out of hand with the things pictured above!

Having almost all creatures of the same type also allows us to make use of some powerhouse tribal cards like Cavern of Souls that will make sure your heavy-hitters make it to the battlefield, despite what other players may say!

Let Them Do The Dirty Work

We won't just be battering people with the demons and direct damage... As requested, we'll give other players a reason to want to help us. Well, maybe more like make them help us, but still. To do this, we've got a small goad package, to ensure people deal plenty of damage amongst themselves and by proxy, not to you.

This can be particularly nasty when you give another player something like Bloodthirster with Assault Suit. In cases like this, multiple players that aren't you are going to have 8/8 with flying and trample coming at them in a single turn.

Giving Gifts

I mentioned the goad first because it works quite well with the "give other players stuff" cause even if someone gets something hard-hitting from you, it probably won't be attacking you. A few nasty examples of this are Archfiend of the Dross and Liege of the Pit. If you force this onto someone and they can't get rid of it in a few turns, they will lose the game when the last oil counter comes off. Pretty nasty!

Extra Value And Damage

Ok. We have big demons that we're going to get out early and often. With Be'lakor, a board of demons will = damage, which is great! We don't want to have to rely solely on attacks to take everyone out. So, there are a few other cards to make this little backup plan really pop - Things like Warstorm Surge and Keeper of Secrets can do a lot of work.

Considering we want to get as many triggers from things like this as we can, there are a few cascade spells. Things like Abaddon the Despoiler, Sloppity Bilepiper, and Let the Galaxy Burn all give you more spells (and more triggers) for playing stuff.
