INTRODUCTION
This deck's archetype is all about surrounding two specific MTG rules:
1. [...] "without paying its mana cost" [...]
2. [...] "put onto the battlefield" [...]
In other words, this deck is all about spamming the most brutal and broken cards in the game for no mana cost.

[MANA CURVE] 4/5 (very low risk of mana flood/mana screw)
[BUDGET] 1/5 (this deck is super expensive in wildcards)
[WIN%] 79.92% (very high)
DECK MECHANICS EXPLAINED
Your win card is called Mizzix's Mastery, and you use it to cast for free some cards that will make you able to cast other cards for free, and so on... until you win by overwhealming your opponent with the most broken cards in the game. The only downside is that those cards need to be in your graveyard in order to play them.
The cards you want to target with that spell are basically two: Emergent Ultimatum and Eerie Ultimatum. The first one makes you play for free cards that are in your library; the second one makes you play for free cards that are in your graveyard.
In order to play cards for free from your graveyard, first you need to fill it up with powerful permanents and sorceries. You've got some good tools for that: Faithless Looting, Thrill of Possibility, Bitter Reunion, Nahiri's Wrath and Palantír of Orthanc. The last one is extremely powerful since it might deal a lot of damage to your opponent (Tip: always put a land on top the first time this artifact is activated so your opponent doesn't feel it like a threat and gets cocky; the second time you put two super expensive cards on top. If those two cards are Omniscience and Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur, that's GG).
EMERGENT ULTIMATUM BEST COMBOS
1. Omniscience + One with the Multiverse + Etali, Primal Conqueror. Deppending on which card your opponent negates, you might play from three spells for free or infinite spells. This combo is useful if you have more sorceries than creatures in your hand.
2. Omniscience + Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant + Purphoros, Bronze-Blooded. Deppending on which card your opponent negates, you might spam an army of really big creatures with or without haste. No matter what, this combo is deadly if you have more creatures than sorceries in your hand.
3. Titan of Industry + Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur + Sheoldred, the Apocalypse. Titan of Industry is the most likely to be negated in this case and that's precisely the idea. If you play the other two cards, you gain 14 life per turn and fill up your graveyard even faster. Use this combo if you are at low health.
4. Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant + Etali, Primal Conqueror + Mizzix's Mastery. Use this combo if you have more than one copy of Emergent Ultimatum in your graveyard and repeat the process as many times as you can with different options, deppending on your needs.
