Use low cost explorer cards to quickly gather lands and the two sagas. The graveyard will be recycled every time The Mending of Dominaria hits it's third lore counter, so don't be afraid to dump things you do not currently need. Use Fall of the Thran after Mending of Dominaria to destroy Opponents lands and then retrieve your lands.

The hopeful line of play would be to hit a large Settle the Wreckage. (Opponent will typicaly grab all of their land they can get). Play The Mending of Dominaria then, when you get its second lore counter play Fall of the Thran to destroy all lands. (make sure you play any plays you can do before Fall of the Thran destorys all of the lands.) Then on your next turn Mending of Dominaria will return of all your lands while Fall of the Thran will only return 2 of the opponents lands.
You can swap out some of the Ixalli's Diviners and Shadowed Caravels for thrashing brontodons to blow up Fall of the Thran early to starve the opponent 2 more land. Though I found this unnessary and less consistant. 
The Mending of Dominaria can also go into a lot of Golgari decks that don't heavily rely on undergrowth.
