This is my Alesha commander deck, designed to be able to compete with some of the more overpowered decks in my commander group. It does this by using a bunch of low cost creature that distrupt the opponent's game plan while putting them on a clock. This deck was designed on a budget as I don't like paying more than $5 for a card but if you have the cards, Thaila, Recruitor of the Guard, Dark Confidient, Selfless Spirit are probably the best non-budget additions.
The inspiration of this deck was when I noticed that our games started out very slow. People did not play creature for the first 5 turns, prefering to play ramp and rely on the lack of agression early to survive. This deck exploits that with a low mana curve (for commander) and the ability to play a stream of efficent 2 and 3 cost creatures. I went with a hate-bears approach instead of a reanimator approach that some Alesha deck go because I'd rather have guarenteed value than try to cheat out extra value with higher cost creatures that I can only bring back from the graveyard.
The maybeboard is alternate choices that I've seen other Alesha decks use or cards I've considered running or have pulled out for cards in the mainboard.
TLDR: Play good creatures. Turn them sideways. Win.
