Are you sick and tired seeing cards in your hand? What about cards in your opponent's hand? I have the solution! Make everyone discard! Including Yourself!
This deck is controlling hand attack deck aiming to survive the early game, by picking apart the opponents hands and leveraging efficient removal, until it can take over in the mid to late game with its planeswalkers.
As for hand attack we have full playsets of Thought Erasure and Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger. These allow us to start getting rid of our opponents on turn 2. Liliana's Triumph can technically make our opponent discard a card, but only turns on once we have a Liliana. Liliana, Waker of the Dead eats one card from each player's hand once each turn and can double as removal spell with its -3. Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God aside from drawing us cards, attacking our opponents hand, being removal, a win condition, and gaining all of our other planeswalker abilities, when our opponent is empty handed they have to start exiling their board. If our opponent decides to keep cards in to not exile their stuff we can get those cards with Nicol Bolas or another discard spell and force them exile their stuff anyways.
In card advantage land Chandra, Heart of Fire will help us out by having us discard our hand. Best card advantage ever. In all seriousness though Chandra has two +1s and shocking something isn't bad when we want to keep cards in our hand, but when our hand is empty draw three is really good. Chandra's ultimate is useless in our deck as we don't have any red instants or sroceries, but the +1s are good enough on their own. Narset, Parter of Veils is really good with our discard gameplan as it limits our opponent to having only one card per turn and is pretty good against midrange, control, and combo. The -2 is also fairly good as it has a chance of less than 5% to whiff. Experimental is an interesting card to put in a control deck, but it combos with Chandra, Liliana, and Sparkhunter Masticore.
For removal we have eliminates to deal with little aggro threats and Teferi, Time Raveler. Liliana's Triumph works well against midrange and less aggresive decks. Cry of the Carnarium deals with go wide decks, graveyard decks, and death triggers making it very useful for this slower deck.
We also have two hate cards. Sparkhunter Masticore and Lochmere Serpent. Sparkhunter Masticore kills planewalkers and doesn't get killed by them. Perfect for killing Teferis. Lochmere Serpent is a bit of a weirder hate card, but if we discard it we can bring it back to our hand by destroying our opponents graveyard, getting rid of Uros and other recursive threats.
For finishers we have Lochmere Serpent and Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hold. Just big recursive beaters that can close out the game in two or three swings.
Our mana base is really simple. Shock lands, Fabled Passage, some temples, and some basics.
I have not tested this deck, and as such, don't know what to put the in the sideboard yet
