Of all the recent bant lists that I've been posting, this is probably my favorite. This deck feels incredibly strong, and allows for extremely explosive gamewinning plays out of nowhere with Rampage of the Clans and Dance of the Manse.
The general gameplan is to control the board and draw a TON with omens and Thirst for Meaning in combination with the scry effects on omens.
After building up a ton of omens and enchants on the board, you cast Rampage of the Clans at the end of the opponent's turn and swing with a ton of 3/3's on your turn.
You also have Dance of the Manse, which can be cast at instant speed if you have your Teferi, Time Raveler out and you've +1'd.
Specific matchups:
Cycling- Ashiok's Erasure on Zenith Flare. As long as your able to bounce, kill, or exile their creatures you win. Easy matchup unless they have a turn 4 kill with multiple copies of Flourishing Fox on the board with a god-draw.
Temur Rec- Deal with Wilderness Reclamation asap. Banish it, bounce it, and use Ashiok's Erasure. Having a Teferi out will severly hurt them.
Rakdos- Banish the ovens. Board wipe. Not too bad.
Mutate- They typically focus on building up 1 creature for the start of the game. Don't let anything stay out - bounce, exile, etc.
Special notes:
Narset, Parter of Veils and Teferi, Time Raveler are a game over for us if the opponent sticks them. You have to be prepared to deal with them ASAP. Aside from the obvious ways to deal with this card, you can also cast Omen of the Sun if you see one of these dropping. Against Teferi, they can only bounce 1 token, and you can just attack through for the next turn.
Use your Omen scry effect liberally to fix your next draws. Don't worry about building the board for Rampage of the Clans, it will come naturally through the deck's play.
If you can hold your mana and cast spells on your opponents turn, do so. A lot of your stuff is instant speed (flash on the omens, teferi +1, and instants).
Dance of the Mance needs 8-mana available to make all the resurrected enchantments 4/4s. Plan accordingly.
Use your Teferi -3 bounce on your own omens if you can do so safely.
You have only one target with the resurrection effect on the 3rd saga of Elspeth Conquers Death, so try and have a Teferi in the graveyard just as its activating. For example, with 1 Teferi in hand and one on the board, you can use the Teferi's loyalty ability, then cast the 2nd Teferi so that the first one dies to the legendary rule. This will allow you avoid wasting the super powerful effect at the end of Elspeth.
This is still a work in progress, so let me know how the deck's working for you.
Potential sideboard and substition enchantments:
Mirrormade, Prison Realm, Wilderness Reclamation, Shark Typhoon, Dawn of Hope, Rule of Law, Conclave Tribunal, Leyline of Sanctity, Smothering Tithe, Frogify, Ominous Seas, Stinging Lionfish, Eyes Everywhere, Verity Circle, Shimmerwing Chimera, Kiora Bests the Sea God, Kenrith's Transformation, Destiny Spinner, Wolfwillow Haven, Arasta of the Endless Web, Lawmage's Binding
