Blakeizen's Mono White Angels

Pretty Angels.

What's up spellslingers! Blakeizen here with the Saturday morning afternoon build for you! There's no video for this one yet, that will be tomorrow. I've moved the video schedule a bit thanks to my career, but you can head over to my YouTube channel to check out my Kethis, the Hidden HandYarok Dreadhorde, or even Kaalia, who needs a lot of Mythics while you wait on this video. Check us out over at if you're awake after 9:30 PM EST! Now that all that's out of the way, let's take a look. Introducing: Mono White Angels.

{{Angel of Vitality}}{{Bishop of Wings}}{{Sephara, Sky's Blade}}{{Lyra Dawnbringer}}

Have you been looking for the perfect deck to slap those sweet sweet Serra Angel sleeves onto? This is your baby. Thanks to [[Bishop of Wings]] we can have a pretty nutty board state on turn 3. Consider T1 [[Healer's Hawk]] > T2 [[Bishop of Wings]] > T3 > [[Resplendent Angel]]. On that turn if you swing with hawk boi and [[Resplendent Angel]] stays alive, you will have gained 5 life and get yourself a nice, free 4/4 Angel Token. Discount Pricing.

[[Bishop of Wings]] is a super cool card to have in fron of other aggro deck. It's very hard for Mono Red to deal with this thing on turn 2, since he has 4 toughness. Try not to block with him to open him up to any [[Shock]] or [[Lightning Strike]], the life he gains from the following turns will keep you in the game. Don't forget his second ability either. Essentially giving all your Angel's on board "Afterlife 1" is a very good thing to have in front of a board clear, or trades in general. This guy adds a ton of resillience to these decks and feels very good to play.

[[Angel of Vitality]] is a pretty cool addition to the deck. We have a sub theme of "Gain Life" and she helps this along. She also get's to be pretty valuable if you break the 25 life mark, which can happen pretty quickly in this deck.

{{Shalai, Voice of Plenty}}{{Resplendent Angel}}{{Prison Realm}}{{Tomik, Distinguished Advokist}}

After that, we're running the "Good Stuff" white cards such as [[Prison Realm]] and [[Tomik, Distinguised Advokist]]. Prison realm is flexible removale and helps us filter dead draws, while Tomik handles Nissa. [[Resplendent Angel]] is one of our win-coms for sure, and [[Shalai, Voice of Plenty]] breaks burn to the face, [[Thought Erasure]] etc.

This is the most straight-forward decklist I've put together in a long time, but it has been performing very well. My other half will play Angels 100% of the time when they are a playable build. I made this for her.

I hope you enjoy the list! Let me know if you need help sideboarding or would like a guide to that!

P.S. Play 8 Green / white lands if you'd like to use the other ability on Shalai!
